SAFe Certification Courses
Trained approximately 1,000 employees across Siemens in three Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification courses:
- SAFe Scrum Master — Equipped teams with the skills to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach Scrum teams within an enterprise SAFe environment.
- SAFe Product Manager / Product Owner — Covered Product and Solution Management competencies, backlog prioritization, PI planning, and aligning product strategy with business objectives.
- SAFe Practitioner — Introduced Lean-Agile principles, SAFe values, and practical techniques for applying SAFe in day-to-day work across teams and Agile Release Trains.
DevOps Boot Camps
Organized and led multiple hands-on boot camps for DevOps teams at Siemens, covering a range of programming and software engineering disciplines:
- Python — Fundamentals through advanced topics including scripting, automation, data handling, and libraries such as Pandas and Matplotlib.
- Software Engineering — Best practices in requirements analysis, design patterns, testing strategies, and software lifecycle management.
- Software Design — Object-oriented design principles, UML modeling, and architectural patterns for scalable enterprise applications.
- Web Application Development — Full-stack curriculum covering HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, PHP, and MySQL — from front-end layout to back-end database integration.
